The Leta Santa Barbara Goleta, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Overall, no huge complaints; I would give 4.5 stars if I could. The walls are thin and there are some repairs/updates needed in the rooms but I slept pretty comfortably. I would've preferred more lighting in the room and had major sticker shock when my breakfast cost over $30, but all the staff I interacted with were EXCELLENT. Front desk, restaurant, bar staff were warm and welcoming. My stay was booked by my employer but I wanted to find out if my Hilton Honors points could be added. I felt awkward walking up to the desk to ask but was immediately answered respectfully and thanked for being a Silver member.

Spent a weekend here and really enjoyed it. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, cool vibe. Mackenzie at the front desk was awesome at check in, had to give her a shout out!

Every thing is awesome about this little gem! The vibe is very cool and relaxing. The staff is accommodating. The rooms are the just the right size and offer a soothing ambiance. The pool area is resort-style. The bar/restaurant is welcoming their staff are friendly and work hard to make you feel at home. Five minutes into my stay, I wanted to come back. Definitely will stay here the next time I'm in this area. I urge anyone to try it at least once.

It was an enjoyable stay. I think it's an old converted motel, as I had a room on the ground floor with cars parked out front my window. But inside it was fully updated and quite posh/trendy looking. The lobby was also kitted out and seemed comfy. I ate at the restaurant for breakfast and it was ace 10 outta 10. I looked at the pool and it had nice Santa Barbara vibes. All in all, I would consider staying here again. But I think I'd bring ear plugs because cars can be noisy and the walls & door aren't soundproof.

Every person we spoke with at The Leta was nice to work with. We did happy hour on Friday, dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Each meal was delicious. We had a king room facing the pool. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool,but we asked those that were and they said it was nicely heated. We would come back again.

Decent hotel for a one-night stay. The staff were very welcoming and professional. The room was nice but quite small. We had two large suitcases that we couldn’t lay flat without moving some of the furniture around. There were also some annoying noises coming from the walls for most of the night. The parking area is huge but expensive. Still, I would recommend it for a short stay.

I will start with the negative. We were not there long enough!!! What an absolutely adorable place! As a Hilton diamond member, the staff called me before we checked in to let me know that they were upgrading us to a suite. What a treat! I was already excited because our room had a little patio that overlooked the pool. The staff was absolutely incredible and so helpful and cheerful. We loved that they had a restaurant and bar on site and lots of cute seating areas outside. There were even fire pits! The rooms were cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend this place for a couples getaway or even a family getaway. I truly cannot say enough about the helpfulness of the staff. We were very sad that our stay was only one night.

Finally found some time to share our experience at The Leta. We were celebrating our anniversary with a weekend stay in Santa Barbara and wanted to bring our dog with us. Looked up pet friendly hotels and decided on The Leta. I emailed asking about a room on the first floor so that it would be easier to let him out, which they were able to accomodate. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mackenzie and she even greeted our dog Spiegel by name. He perked up real fast and was excited to say hi. We got to our room and there was a cute arrangement for our anniversary and even a dog bed waiting for us. Loved the photo of our pup! The room was perfect for our stay. There was an area with grass by the pool for our dog to walk around, but the designated pet relief area is in the corner of the parking lot. We just walked him around the neighborhood which was nice. Overall would stay here again if back in the area. The only down side is that it is in Goleta and to get to the main city of SB you have to drive, but it's only 15-20mins so not bad.
